Returns, Refunds and Cancellation:
In the event of faulty products we offer a repair / replacement facility.
Before returning a unit, please make sure you have an Authorised Return
Number and display this clearly on your address label.

are returned under complaint or for exchange etc. should be returned
to us post-paid.
Customers may cancel their contract to purchase goods by formally
notifying us within a period of seven working days of delivery, provided
that the goods are promptly returned to us in "as sold" condition
with packaging unopened and seals unbroken, to arrive within fourteen
days of your original receipt of the returned goods. In the event of
cancellation under this provision a refund will be given within thirty days
of our receipt of the returned goods.
Please note that refunds will be made using the same method
as the original payment. (i.e.: a credit card purchase will be refunded
through your credit card account).
When returning goods, please ensure that they are packed sufficiently
because we cannot accept goods that are damaged during their return.
Data protection
dB Tech Ltd will not pass on your details to any other
organization.
